• Strategy Formulation: Skilled at developing result oriented digital marketing strategy as evidenced in the outcome of my assignments during my course at the Digital Marketing Skill Institute. I developed a cost-effective digital marketing strategy for a Transport and Logistics Company, and a digital marketing consultancy firm targeting to provide digital marketing services for SMEs. • Social Media Ads: I create and manage social media ads, effectively targeting the right audience as identified in the customer avatar, respond to chat enquiries from potential businesses and individual customers. I create and manage awareness, traffic, and lead conversion ad campaigns as a sales growth strategy for businesses. I manage the social media analytics on the ad campaigns, as well as competitor analysis via SocialBlade.com.
• Project Accomplishments: I successfully created and managed the social media handles for Goodheart Travels & Logistics Ltd and Enlarged Development Solutions, a digital marketing consulting firm. The crafting of customer personas (avatars) for these businesses, sales funnels creation, social media channels creation and ad campaigns for these customers have yielded increase in sales of their services and incomes.
• Website Development and Search Engine Optimization: I have successfully developed websites for a few businesses. I successfully developed high converting landing pages to drive conversion and generate leads for these businesses by architecting business-specific “website conversion funnel” that targets the right customers resulting in more appropriate and valuable customers. • Communication Strategy Planning & Development: Supported the design of the community dissemination strategy for TRS testimonials and communication products with ideas generated with stakeholders.

• Media Relations: I established and maintained a contact list of journalists and media outlets covering all media – print, TV, radio, web. I established a successful working relationship with the State National Union of Journalists (NUJ) and collaborate with media on special commemorative events and activities on the project.
• Managing Radio Discussion Sessions: Led the TRS radio programing process from ToR drafting, design workshop, contracting and implementation of the radio shows and vox pop use. This includes monitoring/reporting of the live discussion sessions with support from colleagues in Liaison unit and the External Relations Unit.
• Information Outreaches: Co-facilitated TRS testimonial video screening in town hall meetings, conferences, mosques, schools, and parents-caregivers dialogue sessions with partners – Edo State Taskforce against Human Trafficking (ETAHT), Institute for Benin Studies, Justice Development and Peace Caritas (JDPC), The Salvation Army, Returnee groups, and the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), Edo Zonal Command.
• Creative Arts Development with Children: Led the process for facilitating comic arts competition among schools on the human trafficking theme; winning entries were produced into comic books for students.
• M&E of Communication and Visibility Activities: Facilitated Baseline including audience analysis, behaviour analysis and Project evaluation processes FGDs with youth, returnees and community elders including parents, traditional chiefs, and religious leaders to inform message design for IEC materials and radio show content. Facilitated data collection and report dissemination of the final evaluation of the project for the Nigerian segment.
