I am responsible for the supervision of the overall operations of the company, translating our vision and strategy to key deliverables. I also Maintained hard copy and electronic filing system of all documentations in accordance with AUN policies and regulations; Take minutes at administrative team meetings and ensure that proper record keeping is taking place and maintained; Maintaining an up-to-date contact list for the program.
Planned and executed students’ events weekly. Coordinating with IT provider on all office equipment and IT related issues; Managing contracts and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers. Ensuring that after hours/special holiday messages are recorded, retrieved, and communicated to the relevant people where needed.
Created and maintained records using advanced Excel functions and calculations to develop the necessary reports. Responded to telephone and in-person requests for information and
create weekly and monthly reports and presentations.
Post Graduate Degree in Management with course work in Marketing, Human Resource Management,Entrepreneurship and finanacial accounting.
