I was able to apply the skills learned in University to take care of patients. I took patient history and applied nursing process in their care accordingly. I was able to perform basic nursing skills which are taking, recording and interpreting vital signs, administration of medication as per physician orders and wound dressing. i was also able to perform some leadership roles which included duty allocation and supervision.
